It's all gone a bit potty at Build Space HQ, we have freelance work flying in thick and fast.One of our top Modular Build clients has stacks of project work kicking off in and around the M25. Due to this spike in work we have been asked to supply multiple Site Managers for projects across London and the South East.
Are you an experienced Site Manager with good Modular Build experience?
Have you worked on projects from groundworks and install through to fit out and handover?
Are you used to running sites up to £5m in value?
If so, Build Space has the role for you!
Site Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Overseeing demo, groundworks, installation of utilities, lifting operarions and installation of modular units on site.
- Subcontractor management, setting the standards on site in terms of tempo and quality.
- H&S Management.
- Reporting upline to Contracts / Operations Managers.
- Client liaision.
Site Manager experience required:
- Minimum 7 years' Site Manager experience.
- Modular Build project experience required.
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Strong IT / reporting skills.
There is potential for this contract to roll and roll. We are looking for candidates to start on February 24th.
