The Industrial & Logistics sector has started the year with a bang, we have top quality perm positions stacked high at the minute.Are you a Site Manager with extensive Internal / External Fit Out experience?
Are you a results driven, quality focussed Site Manager with previous Distribution Centre project experience?
Are you looking to work for a Tier 1 Main Contractor that is hot right now?
If so, Build Space has the role for you!
Site Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Owning all Interal / External Fit Out works from 1st fix through to aftercare
- Setting, managing and maintaining quality standards on site
- Daily progress reporting with planning amends where necessary
- Snagging
- H&S management
Site Manager experience required:
- Minimum 10 years post qualified experience
- Major Project experience
- Experience of managing Internal / External Fit Out works
- CSCS Black, First Aid at Work, SMSTS certified.
- Excellent communication skills - written & spoken
- Good working knowledge of FieldView / SnagR
