Are you a freelance site manager looking for your next contract?Do you have commercial officespace & high end residential experience?
If so then I have the role for you!
I'm currently working with a regional design and build contractor who specialises in both high end residential and commercial officespace projects.
Based in Borough you will be in the heart of the city, with a top class contractor that has a very impressive project portfolio.
Necessary experience:
- Site management of projects with values of up to £5m.
- Full site management process experience in the capacity of a Number 1 on site.
- Previous Commercial office space & high end residential project experience.
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness
