Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor whose contract is about to end?
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in the City of London?
Are you are Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial office refurb and fit out? Then keep on reading.
Our client is an establised Main Contractor that specialises in commercial refurb & fit out and has recently won a £5m D&B scheme that requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the project team.
You require the following experience and skills:
1. Experience of commercially managing projects circa £5m
2. Experience with design & build form of contract
3. Can take projects from procurement stage through to final account
4. Can financially manage the contract both upstream and downstream.
5. Can produce accurate cost reporting information.
6. Resolve any potential disputes before they go contractual.
7. Develop a strong working relationship with the client that could lead to repeat business.
8. Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying
