Are you a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive Industrial & Logistics project experience?Have you been No.1 on projects up to £15m in value?

Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:
- Subcontractor procurement / management
- Valuations and payments
- CVRs
- Monthly reporting upline
- Settling final accounts
Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:
- Minimum 10 years QS experience
- No.1 Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
- Industrial & Logistics project experience - DESIRABLE
- Degree educated or similar
- Excellent IT / reporting skills
